Public Records Requests

The Fire District appreciates the transparency the Washington State Public Records Act (RCW 42.56) provides to the citizens of Washington. As a public entity, the Fire District strives to efficiently process and provide requested records as they are requested. 

The Fire District's records request form is below. The records request form must be completed in its entirety. Incomplete forms could result in a delay in fulfilling requests or the denial of the request. Once completed, the form can be returned to the Fire District in one of the following ways:
